How to send your selfie:

Make sure it's in a bright spot so your photo is clear. Send a selfie of your face, containing only you in the image, without props, such as glasses and

a hat.

Remarks:

Each Fotopass package is valid for only one person, who will be identified by the selfie sent at the time of purchase. All photos included in the package must contain that person

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail sac@fotop.com. There will be no cancellation after this period.

If you don't have the minimum quantity of 05 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event through sac@fotop.com. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
