The purchase must be made with the same email used on your photographer panel. The cashback amount will only be available after the event, starting on 14/08/2025

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail sac@fotop.com. There will be no cancellation after this period.

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
